{"id":8031,"date":"2022-12-01T12:56:49","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T12:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/glasfrynproject.org.uk\/w\/?p=8031"},"modified":"2025-05-20T07:33:25","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T07:33:25","slug":"rhys-trimble-and-lee-duggan-trees-trees-trees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/glasfrynproject.org.uk\/w\/8031\/rhys-trimble-and-lee-duggan-trees-trees-trees\/","title":{"rendered":"Rhys Trimble and Lee Duggan: trees trees trees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following poem in response to Chris Torrance emerged through Rhys Trimble and Lee Duggan&#8217;s ongoing collaborative project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #993366;\">To Read the Poem:\u00a0<a style=\"color: #993366;\" href=\"https:\/\/glasfrynproject.org.uk\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/trees-trees-trees.pdf\">trees trees trees<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Rhys Trimble is a neurodiverse, bilingual, Welsh, English and Wenglish poet, visual-poet, teacher, translator, performer, critic, musician [in Lolfa Binc, Punk, Anxiolytics electro, in gglec -sound art and Wolframite in Nantes &#8211; improvised ensemble], visual artist, mystic, <em>pastynwr<\/em>, performance artist, publisher and editor [of ctrl+alt+del ezine] born in Zambia, raised in South Wales and resident in North Wales. www.rhystrimble.com<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Lee Duggan<\/span><span dir=\"RTL\" lang=\"AR-SA\">\u2019<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s first collection, <em>Reference Points<\/em> (Aquifer 2017) met with enthusiastic <\/span><span lang=\"NL\">reviews in Poetry Wales, E<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">lliptical Movements, and Litter Magazine. H<\/span>er <span lang=\"EN-US\">highly individual sonnet sequence <em>Green<\/em> (Oystercatcher 2019) was also met with critical acclaim. Lee\u2019s work featured in the ground breaking anthology of contemporary Welsh innovative poetry, <em>The Edge of Necessary<\/em> (Aquifer 2018).
